This Refund Policy applies to purchases on viaahmubarak.com, operated by [Jaswinder Singh], sole proprietor, trading as Viaah Mubarak (“we”, “us”). Please read it before you pay for a plan.
1. Free registration
Creating a profile on Viaah Mubarak is free. Nothing is charged for it, so no refund applies.
2. Paid plans are non-refundable
All payments for paid plans (Silver, Gold, Standard Platinum and Royal Platinum NRI) are final and non-refundable. We do not refund a plan after it has been bought, whether or not you have used your unlocks. We also do not refund because another member did not reply, did not accept your proposal, or because you did not find a match, or because you deleted your account or stopped using the Site before your plan ended. Unused unlocks expire when the plan ends and cannot be carried forward or transferred.
The features, number of unlocks and validity of each plan are shown on our Membership page. Please check them before you pay. If you are unsure which plan suits you, write to us at help@viaahmubarak.com before buying.
3. When we will refund
We will refund the full amount you paid if:
- you were charged more than once for the same plan (duplicate payment);
- money was deducted from your account but your plan was not activated; or
- a technical fault on our side stopped you from using your plan, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
4. Cancelling renewal
If your plan renews automatically, you can cancel the renewal at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
5. How to ask for a refund
Write to help@viaahmubarak.com from your registered email address within 7 days of the payment. Please include your name, registered mobile number, plan name, payment date, amount, and the payment reference or a screenshot.
6. Our reply and refund time
We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Accounts suspended or removed
If we suspend or remove your account for breaking our Terms & Conditions, for example for false information, harassment or misuse of contact details, no refund is given.
